Q. How often should I change my air filter?

A. Every 30 days of system use.

Q. How often should I have my system serviced?

A. Fossil consuming equipment should be Carbon Monoxide tested annually. Refrigerant utilizing equipment should be serviced annually too; for efficiency and premature breakdowns.

Q. How does the Flat Rate pricing work?

A. We invoice a Diagnostic/Travel charge fee for our time to evaluate the system to determine the required repair. The repair then has a price depending on the parts needed and the amount of time for the repair. The price is up front and will not change if the repair takes longer than expected to complete.

Q. How do I know the price?

A. The technician will explain the repair needed and the cost associated with it. No work will be completed without prior authorization.

A. Service and Installation.

Q. What brands do you service?

A. All major and minor brands of hvac equipment.

Q. What brands do you install?

A. For traditional hvac equipment Trane and Carrier are our preferred brands due to reliability and a great record for longevity. Our secondary brand is Bryant.

Q. Do you install ductless systems?

A. Yes. LG, Mitsubishi and Fujitsu.

Q. How long do you honor warranty of your labor?

A. 1 year; unless noted on invoice, due to age and condition of equipment.

Q. Do you offer 24 hour service?

A. Unfortunately no. We are a small family owned and operated company. We make sure that no heating and no cooling calls get a priority. We usually arrive the next day even during peak season hours. But most times we are able to handle same day service throughout the year.
